Fact Finding Visits

The cost of this fact finding service is
only £49 per person
which includes airport transfers, cabin accommodation for the 2 nights on our Los Lobos Site as well as a comprehensive visit to the local towns and villages with someone who has all the answers.

You get to see the different types of property which gives you something gives you something to compare which is very important.

You get to see resale properties at the same time as seeing the Park itself making the visit very worth while.

You get to FREELY talk to the residents of the Park while actually living with them for two days.

You will return to the UK fully informed and knowing all the facts. Now is a great time to get away and there are some good flight deals.

Our three day 2 night: inspection visits for example are arranged where we will meet you at either Alicante, Almeria or Murcia airports. We will take you back to the site, via shops if you wish, as the cabin is provided on a cabin only basis with linen and bedding. You can relax there for the evening, take a walk around the Park, or even a walk into Los Lobos. We find visitors love to take a look at the village on their own as it is so relaxing and they can get a feel of what real Spain has to offer.

If however you are on a morning flight we will entertain you for the afternoon showing you around until 3pm when your cabin will be ready. The first night is when you get your first experience  in real Spain.
You are left to enjoy yourselves or relax.

Next day: We will collect you from the cabin and show you around the Park as well as the local town and villages where you can enjoy a coffee during the morning at one of the many typical street cafes. In the evening we will take you to enjoy yourselves in the heart of San Juan or Villaricos or Mojacar  with their many bars and restaurants. The time is yours to enjoy and to ask us about what you have been shown that day.
